It’s that time of year again when we get the results back from our 2017 Customer and Supplier Survey!
We believe the only way to measure success is by asking our customers and suppliers and one of the ways we do so is through our annual survey.
We’ve crunched the numbers and read every single piece of feedback and we’re pretty pleased with the results. Just some of the stats we got back:
We put a great deal of focus on our customer service and our support team work hard to ensure our systems are working for each and every user. It is therefore extremely satisfying that 93% of our users agree the support team are always helpful resolving issues.
