Meet Sarah Gauntlett, one of our great Customer Success Managers. Sarah spends most of her time out on the road, helping clients with training and TNA Wizard, our Time and Attendance solution. Let’s find out more about Sarah’s day.
Wake up time?
About half 5, normally thanks to my adorable but annoying cat!
What do you have for breakfast?
A few gallons of tea but no food.
First thing you do when you get into work?
Always checking my emails but then I’m normally with a customer so I get straight onto some training.
What project(s) are you working on?
Currently, I am rolling out Adhoc ordering and Capture with Village Hotels which means I get to travel all over for our training sessions. I’m also starting to learn TNA Wizard with Chris, which is really interesting learning a whole new element of Procure Wizard.
Silence, radio or Spotify in the background when you’re working?
Always radio, I’m the annoying person who constantly sings completely out of tune – I’ll even sing along to the adverts!
Favourite work colleague?
That’s a tough one. I’d like to think I get on well with anyone but the rugby with the admin girls was great fun and the ops guys are always super nice and helpful.
What’s the best bit about your job?
Being constantly challenged with new things to learn and develop.
Packed lunch or take out for lunch?
Take out always, don’t get much chance for packed lunch on the road.
Favourite thing about working for Procure Wizard?
Meeting new people all the time and working with everyone at Procure Wizard.
How would your workmates describe working with you?
Bubbly bordering on annoying.
