Joining a Market - Independent Hotels , Restaurants, Care Homes etc simply choose to join the right market for them. After you join a market you will have full control of your unique set of suppliers and products. Reap the benefits of being able to process orders to multiple suppliers from a single point, without the need to waste valuable time calling suppliers to check availability of stock or the latest prices.

Getting started is quick and easy, simply select to SIGN UP, complete the joining form and await confirmation of your login name and password.

You do not need to be a computer Wizz as full training is provided, setting up your company profile should take no more than 30 minutes for a typical purchasing unit.

Quick and easy to learn - Each section of Procure Wizard comes with a handy: help facility, ensuring that help will always be on hand while users build up their confidence and familiarise themselves with the layout.

Purchaser Engagement: We will work closely with you and your team to offer support and assist with training.

Once you are set up, you will see your Suppliers listed within your market, simply request a trading relationship, give them a call, or contact them by E Mail to get started.

If you wish a new supplier to join the market simply let us know and we will enrol them, this typically should only take a few days.

You can only place orders from suppliers after you have established a mutually accepted trading relationship.

We will approach and enrol suppliers on your behalf. This should only take a few days to coordinate, ready for you to commence trading via Procure Wizard. If your existing suppliers are already registered with Procure Wizard you could be up and running in just a few hours.

New supplier relationships, simply follow the suppliers existing procedures, this may involve receiving a visit from a potential supplier to ascertain your exact requirements.

Orders placed via Procure Wizard will be created and automatically sent to your chosen suppliers by Fax or E Mail.

Procure Wizard does not collect payments on behalf of suppliers unless specifically asked to do so.

Hotel Groups, Care Home Groups, Restaurant Chains, Purchasing Consortium's etc can each create and control their own unique Marketplace.
