Supplier Engagement: We will work with you to enrole all your suppliers ready for use. We will help enter and maintain your supplier information, and assist suppliers to update and enter trading terms, products and price lists.

Purchaser Engagement: We will work closely with you in order to give you the skills required to quickly enter and maintain the purchaser’s unique information and product / supplier requirements.

Training: We have found that selecting a few individuals from each organisation is the most beneficial way of quickly passing on and disseminating the skills and knowledge required to operate Procure Wizard. It is quick and easy to learn. Each section of Procure Wizard comes with a handy “How do I?” facility, ensuring that help will always be on hand while users build up their confidence and familiarise themselves with the layout.

Market Implementation: We will fully support you in the implementation of a Procure Wizard Marketplace, assisting with training and the smooth implementation of the system, ensuring we meet the objectives of your unique market.

Bespoke Markets: Organisations such as Hotel Groups, Restaurant and Procurement groups etc, create and promote their own unique marketplace. Each market manager is responsible for managing both the enrolment of new purchasers and selecting market suppliers.

Your own online marketplace: Brand your market with your Logo and only allow your unique set of Suppliers and Buyers to gain access. Open to both Purchasing Consortiums and larger groups to start and manage a market.
